I currently have an issue with charging my battery. I will be taking it to a dealer. Right now I am on vacation. The charging brick has a red light when I plug it in within a minute it turns to Green. I have checked the bike several times. It definitely is not receiving a charge. I've tried taking the battery in and out and the same issue persists. I think it's most likely the charging brick problem since when it is not installed on the bike the same issue happens. I guess it might be the battery also. Going to see if I can find a local Harley dealer today. Was just wondering if anybody had experience this or have any thoughts. Thanks,.

Have you contacted customer support through the Serial1 site? If had good results that way and it may save you a trip to the dealer

I contacted a local Harley dealer. They resolved it in minutes. It was a faulty charging brick. Free of charge and fast customer service. I am rolling again. Tom
