My Serial1 Rush/city also won’t connect to the Serial1 app as promised when purchased. I did however download the Enviolo app, and it did a firmware update and is functional. I mostly would like an easier way to adjust cadence. Has anybody successfully used the Enviolo controller with the Serial1 City/Rush?. Handlebar mounted/Bluetooth to hub. Thanks

On the display go to settings and then you can adjust cadence.
If the dealer said the brand new app would work he's lying.
Or maybe not lying since the problems from day one is that dealers have been getting no adequate information from Serial1.
My dealer didn't known what brand the motor was or anything else about the bike but managed to tell bike got a hub motor.

The Brose controller on the Serial1 Rush/City doesn’t have a cadence adjustment ( or i can’t find it) I can adjust with Enviolo App… I did speak with someone from Enviolo bikes and he was confident the Enviolo Automatiq Co or Ca controller will work nicely. They aren’t to expensive approx $50.00 and allow you to adjust cadence at one to five rpm at a time from a Bluetooth handlebar mounted display.

I have did it on a Rush down to 65 With the app but now I don't have a Rush nearby and therefore I can't show it since the app is just spinning searching for a Rush and don't open before it's found.

So you got a new 2nd generation bike? The app should work with those newer bikes it won’t work with the older bikes.
