Welcome to the forum @mudcamper! What convinced you to go with the Mash? Were you looking at any other bikes?Nobody here. First post in the Introductions forum. I just got a Mash. I'm here with questions, and maybe some answers.
Well I have a couple friends who have gotten into ebikes, both mountain bikes, and moped style Class 2. That got me interested / looking. I wanted a pedal assist bike though, as I ride motorcycles and don't have need or interest in moped ebikes. I got interested in the Serial 1 bikes because 1) I'm a Harley motorcycle rider and like their products, and 2) after doing research it appears the Serial 1 bikes are top level design and quality.Welcome to the forum @mudcamper! That's true, Serial 1's are some of the best looking bikes around from what I've seen. They may cost a bit more than some but I think the price is worth it. I went with the Mosh over the Rush for the simplicity. Single speed, and clean simple look. Seemed like a good choice for an around town and light exercise bike. Plus it's a great looking bike.
Nobody I know has a Serial 1 but me. As for my current motorcycle, I bought a V-Rod the first model year, back in '02. I still ride that bike, and people still ask me if it's new. Now I bought the first model year Serial 1 ebike. Will I still be riding it in 20 years? That's true, Serial 1's are some of the best looking bikes around from what I've seen. Also, what Harley(s) motorcycles do you own?
