I am getting a bit nervous. I have two Rush City on order since virtually day one and the communication is crickets. I worry that this is an over-promise and under-deliver deal. It is mid summer and I am starting to think this is a Midsummer Night's Dream. To be, or not to be?

How long since you ordered? It took 1 month from order to receiving my Mosh. If it's been a lot longer than this I would definitely reach out to them and make sure something didn't get lost or forgotten.

Also, did you order a Rush Speed? Those were coming out later than the other Rush models. Regardless, reach out to Serial 1 and find out what's going on.
