Hi all, I'm very happy with the 2021 rush/city speed I've owned for about 3 months now.
Thing is with the coming of winter, are there any proven way of riding indoors with eg an indoor trainer setup?

To guarantee perfect form when riding, keep checking your position as you go by following the steps below.

Use your entire hand to hold the handlebars lightly with your elbows bent at a 15-degree angle.
Breathe in through your abdomen while maintaining a straight back.
Maintain a hip-over-seat position. Pedals can move in both directions, so adjust the resistance accordingly. I hope everything works out well.
