Hey there. Just received my bike and having this issue. Full charge on the battery. The display unit gives me the single red / orange light which I believe is a dead battery. Have the App installed on my phone.
Tried removing the battery and reinstall
Tried full delete if the App and reinstall. Cycle through start of bike etc. I suspect the it has something to do w the App. The bike worked fine on the first ride.
any ideas appreciated.
