I have a Rush CTY SPEED and occasionally on my ride the power assist drops out but everything else is powered and working normally. I stop the bike turn it off and back on then the power assist works again. Is anyone else having this issue or knows how to address it?

We‘ve had that happen on occasion, yeah turning the bike off and back on always fixes the issue. Not sure what causes it to happen and it is a bit irritating. It happens so seldom it’s not a problem worth chasing. Sometimes we get a message that basically says restart.

That has only happened once in seven months on my Mosh. Turning the bike on/off fixed it. I was sort of afraid it might be the sign of a problem, but it was months ago and hasn't happened again (fingers crossed).
