Serial 1 has announced that they're going to be selling a limited edition mountain bike called the BASH/MTN. Only 1050 bikes are going to be made. 525 in the United States and 525 for Europe.

Is not really an upgrade... 2.6 Michelin versus 2.8 Moto-X. And that seatpost is not really awesome... The Cane Creek Thudbuster ST is more solid.

I wouldn’t trust a serial 1 for true mtb’ing. Especially since it’s just paint, seatpost and tires. Probably just a “collector” item for the dealerships. If only they cared about their customers more.

Agree. I'm not a mountain biker, but this seems to be designed for light off-road duty. It looks like it would be good for that though

Yea light trails, I’m going to do the GAP later this year. It should be suited for a level trail.

It would be good for flow trails where there isn’t anything difficult like roots, big rocks or drops.
Riding gravel roads would also be easy

As someone’s who’s adventured their mosh city I hope they allow for more adjustment in the assist feature. Going up steep dirt inclines needs “slack” otherwise the user input doesn’t match up with the motor torque and you stall out
